Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist will determine plan of care and rehabilitation goals based on functional deficits and to provide prescribed and necessary treatments in accordance with the treatment plan to improve and/or restore the patient to safe and independent functioning.

To be considered for this position, you must:

  • Be a graduate of a physical therapy curriculum approved by:

    • The American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)

    • Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, or

    • Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and APTA

  • Currently be licensed as a physical therapist in the state of Florida and be in good standing

  • Have a minimum of one year experience as a physical therapist in an acute care setting

  • Maintain current continuing education as required by state license

RN and LPN

To be considered for an RN position, you must:

  • Have a current RN license in good standing in the state of Florida

  • Hold a degree from an approved school of nursing

  • Maintain an active BLS certification and card at all times

  • Maintain current continuing education as required by state license

  • Have at least two years experience providing skilled nursing

To be considered for an LPN position, you must :

  • Hold a current LPN license in good standing in the state of Florida

  • Have a minimum of two years experience as a LPN

  • Have at least one year home health care experience

  • Maintain current continuing education as required by state license

  • Have a working knowledge of state statutes and Medicare guidelines for home health coverage and compliance

Speech Therapist

The Speech Therapist will restore or develop a patient's ability to communicate by planning and administering medically prescribed speech therapy.

To be considered for this position, you must:

  • Meet the educational and experience requirements for Certificate of Clinical Competence in speech pathology granted by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association, or

  • Meet the educational requirements for certification and is in the process of accumulating the supervisor experience required for certification.

  • Currently be licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist (S-LP) in the state of Florida and be in good standing

Occupational Therapist

The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and implement programs designed to enhance the physical and psycho-social functioning while restoring, developing and maintaining the patient's ability to accomplish activities of daily living.

To be considered for this position, you must:

  • Be a graduate of an approved occupational therapy curriculum accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the AMA and the American Occupational Therapy Association.

  • Hold a current occupational therapy license in the State of Florida and be in good standing

  • Have a minimum of one year experience in occupational therapy

  • Maintain current continuing education as required by state license
